CDStreet.com
Want to accept credit cards for your CDs on your own web site? Finally, at long last comes CDStreet, an E-Commerce system created specifically for musicians and music related merchandise. Now you can accept credit cards and sell your CDs
*from your own site* without a merchant vendor account. Once you sign up (it's free), CDStreet will provide you with the HTML to add to your web page. The customer will order directly from you, no middle man required. All transactions are completely secure, and you will be able to accept Visa or Mastercard. The charge? CDStreet takes a 15% service charge on your total sales. You only pay for the service if you sell (no hidden fees). Not a bad deal at all.

HomeRecording.com
Dedicated to do-it-yourselfers who dream of recording in their own studio, HomeRecording.com offers advice for those interested in the art. HR.com features a vast amount of content, with articles on everything from recording & mixing to FAQ's on how to get started. In addition, the site contains helpful equipment reviews, an active Home Recording forum, a detailed glossary and numerous tutorials. This fantastic resource should not be missed.

Jozart Music
We review a lot of pianist sheet music sources here at RainMusic.com, but Jozart Music continues to be one of our favorites. Why? While most sheet music publisher offer variations of the same old sheet music, at Jozart's you'll find something just a little bit different. For example, check out
Keyspace, "new age sounds for early grades", Thrashing the Classics, containing Jazz solos for intermediate grades, Christmas Jazz Melodies, For Kids by Kids and more. Each of these piano study books can also be purchased along with tapes demostrating the music. In addition to piano music books Jozart's now features an online jazz course, which offers some helpful tips particularly for those using his materials. If you're tired of playing the same old songs, check out your other option at Joe's place.

Music Lawyer: Ruben Salazar
Mr. Salazar, a musician and music lawyer, can provide the struggling musician professional business management and legal advice, as well as assisting with management, recording, merchandising or licensing concerns. Other services include contract drafting & negotiation, publishing rights, demo solicitation, copyright & trademark disputes, songwriter production and management.
